Technical photomontages

View from Woodside Beach

View from Manns Beach

Photomontages are real photos with turbines added to show how the project could look.

They have been developed by a technical specialist in line with visual impact assessment guidelines and government requirements.

Please note:

  • Photomontages are based on an indicative design - final decisions about the number, height and layout of turbines have not been made.

  • Turbines are expected to be between 271 m and 350 m. These photomontages show the maximum potential height of 350 m.

  • Turbines will be fitted with marine and aviation safety lighting. Photomontages show indicative lighting, pending confirmation of lighting requirements from government authorities.

  • Government approvals are required for Star of the South to proceed to construction.
