Charles leads the overall operations and strategic direction of our offshore wind portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.

A respected leader in the energy and finance sectors, Charles has over 20 years experience across generation development, new technology and transmission – seeing projects through all stages of the project life cycle.

Erin heads up project development activities across our portfolio and has been a key figure in growing Australia’s offshore wind industry since 2018.

Erin has extensive experience delivering major, complex infrastructure projects in government and the private sector.

A champion of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, Erin is the co-founder of Women in Offshore Wind.

Jo is our people and culture champion ensuring Southerly Ten is a great place to work.

She has previously worked as an executive human resources leader in large, complex service delivery environments.

James leads the technical development and procurement workstreams for our projects.

He has 15 years experience supporting the installation of turbines for three European offshore wind projects and supporting the development of several others.

Amelia leads the legal team, ensuring our projects comply with all regulations and requirements.

She has more than 10 years experience in the financing, structuring and delivery of clean energy projects and is Australia’s first Global Ambassador for Women in Wind through the Global Wind Energy Council.

Matt leads our commercial strategy and oversees the commercial activities of a growing offshore wind portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.

With over a decade of senior experience spanning finance, consulting and renewable energy, Matt brings a strong track record in shaping strategy, driving investment decisions, and guiding commercial planning in both private and government sectors.

Kelly-Ann is responsible the health, safety and wellbeing of people and the environment while undertaking activities across our portfolio.

She has over 14 years’ experience working on offshore wind projects around the world, including in the UK and Taiwan.

Adam leads the planning and environmental approvals for Southerly Ten’s projects, having recently completed the environmental impact assessment for the most advanced project Star of the South.

He brings over fifteen years’ experience leading planning and environmental approvals, including several major environmental impact assessments across the energy, transport and resources sectors as well as working on the other side as a regulator assessing major projects.
